Attained the age of twenty-one (21) and now not be older than thirty-5 (35) at the first day of submitting to be appointed as a Police Officer. Be a citizen of the United States at time of appointment. The following are elements which could normally be reason for disqualification: Conviction of an offense which shows loss of well ethical person or disposition toward violence or ailment, or that is punishable through a number of years imprisonment. Repeated convictions of an offense which point out disrespect for the legislation. Discharge from employment for that reason of deficient conduct or lack of ability to regulate to subject. *Dishonorable discharge from the United States Military. Conviction of an offense for Domestic Violence Misdemeanors. *A Felony conviction. * STATUTORY DISQUALIFICATION
