lol get all the feathers off. then make this dry rub...
1/2 cup paprika
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp oregano.
mix all that up in a bowl. then rub i all over the chicken. i cook mine in the oven or ona the smoker at around 250 degrees until the juices run clear. you can cut it down to the bone to see if the blood is gone. just remember to make sure the chicken is completely done before youserve it. good luck.

A whole chicken...
Wash it well with cold water. Remove anything inside the chicken.
Put it in a deep pan. Get some tin foil and close the pan up. Put it in the oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
:D

Step one, get the rest of those feathers off, they are really annoying to pick out of one's teeth.
Step two, clean out the insides. One of the most revolting things to do on the face of the planet, but it has to be done.
Step three, throw that thing in a pot of boiling water for at least fifteen minutes for every pound it weighs.

Why would you want to cook it? Most of the flavor is lost that way. Just take a bite out of 'er!

I'd put it on hot charcoal for 10 hours so it would be nice and crispy.
