okay a few nights ago, simon said this one dude looked like a little creature from the jungle! who thinks that was harsh? i love simon, he may be an @sshole, but he tells it, it cracks me the hell up!

It was harsh, but the fact of the matter is that Simon says the things we all think.

I thought it was quite harsh because the 2 of those contestants were so thrilled to be there.
Simon is on top form though and produces the best moments from the show. He should have the 2 back on final night to sing a song.

i usually like simon too and all the "honest" comments....but i saw that and i thought he went too far....it wasnt funny. i always watch the season but this time it seems like its not fun anymore.....its one thing to be funny and another thing to be just plain hurtful....after the way he treated that guy (and a few others) im not a fan of simon's anymore....instead o f laughing i found myself feeling really sorry for these guys.....the show sucks so far.

If it cracks you up that Simon makes fun of someone with an obvious illness then that says a lot for your character or should I say lack of. I am appauled at how many of you think that it was funny, it was one thing to critisize him for his lack of talent but to attack his appearance! He has aspergers syndrome, and you all think its funny. You are a perfect example of what is wrong with our world laugh at someone with a an illness, yeah that makes you a big person. Put yourself in their shoes, imagine that was your child someday with a deformity and everyone makes fun. You'll just say "oh its funny look at you".

I think he should keep the personal attacks to a minimum...but if they can't sing then he can say all he wants about that. It's not that kids fault how he looks, it is his fault that he went on national tv and showed the world how badly he sings.

yeah, that was funny, but that guy really did look like some kind of jungle animal. And the very last guy, what was that? lol, i love that show.

whats going to happen when one of these teenagers goes and kills themselves over something stupid that Simon called them? Yeah its funny, but you wait its gonna happen and then the show will be canceled : (

I think it was extremely harsh- yet true & funny! I live in Seattle and was embarresed that the auditions from here were so horrible but people have to realize that most of those freaks were from other states!! We are NORMAL here in the WEST..........

I think that was so harsh! It's a singing competition, this isn't a modeling competition. It was funny, but really mean!
