Usually there is software called disc2phone supplied on the cd that comes with current Sony Ericssons. If not go the the SE website and click on support. Once that's loaded, you can drag & drop what you want from the PC to the phone, while your phone is connected with a cable that should also be bundled with your phone. If none of that suits, then you can always use a bluetooth dongle, as mentioned previously. Here's a lonk to the SE website. Probably. http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=ps1_1_3_1&zone=ps&lm=ps1_1&pid=10376

if your phone has bluetooth,
you should rip the music off the CD onto your computer using software like windows media player, and then you should buy a bluetooth dongle. they sell millions on eBay and the carphone warehouse and places like that all you need to do is look on the internet and get one and if they say they are for other phones don't really worry about it. i got one from eBay and it said it was for nokia and i got a motorola so you can buy one for a reasonable price
