Its most effective 3 days after your missed period. However, I knew I was pregnant 5 days after conception. Many first time mothers will experience pelvic cramps (normal) in the first few weeks.

Just because you have sex doesn't mean you'll get pregnant. You'd have to have sex during your ovulation time. Then you usually have to wait until 5 day before your next period to test with First Response Pregnancy Test. Its the only one that can detect the pregnancy hormones up to 5 days before your next period unlike other where you have to wait until after you've missed your next period. At least 2 weeks or after your missed period. You wouldn't get a positive test until after implantation and that takes roughly 9-14 days after "sex" or the conception for most people.

You should wait until you are within a few days of your period. Some tests say you can test up to 5 days before you miss your period, but it is better to wait until you are late.

7 to 10 days after a missed period...those early detectors the 5 days early...to me are a buch of crap...and not worth the 20 bucks i spent..if you wait a week after your MISSED period, you should have enough hormones in your urine for a positive or negitive test...

you should wait till two weeks after your missed period. health clinics and doctor offices will not validate your pregnancy till you are two weeks past your due date. i hope this helps.

About a week or so after you miss your period.
And don't stress about it because if you aren't pregnant your period wont come because of stress.
