Truly, no one will ever truly know. I myself am a heroin addict. On and off for a few years now. Really an everything addict for over ten years, the drug of choice is dope. I believe that no one likes to suffer. However, when one depends on drugs, they use it for solace. Comparable to a child that uses a "blankie" to feel safe. Or someone who uses comfort food after a terrible experience. These people do not enjoy having a vice they carry around on their backs, but they feel it's the only way.
One must be able to become free of their brudens by plenty of therapy and emotional support. But I find that such people either have too much pride or too much shame to get help in such ways as therapy and basically, asking others for help.
IT takes small steps...VERY small steps. But sooner or later, you will learn to differentiate between the outcomes of such decisions. Will my choice here end up in months or years of regret and agony? OR will my choice free me from such demons?
Truly, it is a very complicated subject with no right answer. But once you find the answer, you'll know. It'll hit you like a ton of bricks. And once you follow that answer, you'll feel as right as rain. (excuse the cliche)

Drugs make you run away from the truth that is in you only. When you do drugs, you hurt other people too. But for you that's OK. "Is this just a way of relief?". They are many other ways of relief that don't involve drugs. The deepest pain in us is the loss of a loved one. Drugs replace it some how or makes it bearable.
Getting hooked on cocaine is getting hooked on your own pain. You need to let go to the Past for real and stop fouling yourself into a some kind of relief form in life. Take life by the horns and not by the needle. Fear is the best friend of a looser. Don't be afraid of anybody. See people like they are, not higher or lower than you, but equal. We all have weaknesses because we are human been. Nobody hates you, its just in your head.

to respond to your question: sure. The Illuminati became commissioned through Mayer Amschel Rothschild to be the operatives they mandatory to manage to deprave politicians, commence and finance wars and more desirable. i does not use Dan Brown's stuff to signify the Illuminati, and that i'd stay far flung from theories of extraterrestrial beings, UFOs, Fema camps, and mystical powers that do not exist. the hot international Order (section a million) has been right here when you consider that 1913 at the same time as the Illuminati Banksters created the Federal Reserve, The Creature from Jekyll Island. when you consider that then, authorities has issued bonds (UNsecured notes of duties) and the Fed has basically written the authorities a verify and printed the money. authorities places us in debt with out the debt being funded through taxes. through this and fractional reserve lending, the money furnish will advance and also you and that i pay for it through inflation. it really is a hidden tax and the straightforward guy receives assessed through the richest human beings interior the international.

i have same q.
i have abused oxys and alcohol since i was 14. i am 21 and beginning to sober up.
oxys are the hardest because if nothing in my life is going right at the time just blow a few 20s and you no longer care.
the world IS love when you are high.
but you can only run from your problems for so long before you realize they are still right there.
why are people attracted to negative behaviors??
i don't know.
perhaps because we think that if we have these obstacles and then we still overcome it will be better in the end.
of course this promise is false for so many people.
all you need is love, and love is not in a needle or a bottle or a baggie.

its because reality sucks. so bad, you can't even begin to imagine how f*cked up this life is. its a competitive world, always competition and never working together. i think its a way of relief, a way to get out of this reality. i don't do drugs (just hard liquor lol.), but i would do anything to feel, even for a second, something other than this harsh reality. some people are lucky to find the people they love early in life. some people just hang out with the wrong crowd. there are people who are destructive not by nature but by nurture, family friends school neighborhood. we love comfort. we choose the wrong people sometimes for comfort. get what you can get and if you get the wrong thing, it destroys you. at the end of the day this asks you, what do you want to do with your life?

When you find life meaningless, you tend to use some way to stimulate your brain to make it meaningful. Many people use drug. However, some go gambling, some go crazy with money, and some are sex addict.
As a matter, using drug is one of the addictions I mentioned above. In your case, this behavior came about because of few factors.
1. i mentioned above
2. Peer pressure
3. society
4. without religious belief

you found meaning for awhile in a behavior that although destructive, seemingly provided something. i would recommend reading books on transpersonal psychology. Trying to gain spiritual insight into why people do these things is not simple. you seem like you are trying to understand deeper reasons for these things.

This is my personal opinon,it is a cycle of destruction to one self when I was young I thought going to disco or night club, you have to be drunk to enjoy the.party,Liqour make me sick, that I can't stand the pain.So I quit drinking booze, and pretend I was drunk to blend w/ my drinking friends. The bottom line is, you can alter the state of your mind and feelings w/out drugs, food,or booze. You are the power! not the drugs. Our surroundings and reality is bad, that is a challenge for us to change that. The key to a successful good life is to love your self and give love to others. Please give a chance to yourself to be a worthy person, you are LOVED by the universe.

I can't believe drugs have anything to do with a feeling of love...maybe with lust but never with love. Drugs are selfish. Love is never selfish. Love is not a high. Drugs are a high and a hangover. Love is never a hangover. As long as you don't know the difference you are not cured.
