Don't know why the folks who said a Carvel ice cream cake are getting thumbs down. That is exactly what it is. Cookie Puss and Fudgy the Whale were one time big sellers.
And now I get thumbs down. If you do not want to know the real answer, why fuc**ng ask?

The revamped group released the rap record "Cookie Puss" as a 12" single later in 1983. Based on a prank phone call the group made to Carvel Ice Cream, the single became an underground hit in New York.

Carvel...an ice cream store like Baskin Robbins had a character cake named Cookie puss...he had an ice cream cone for a nose and a high-pitched voice.
