Usually strain of the eye refers to the muscles that control movement of the eyeball, instead of the eyeball itself.

You should make on appointment for an Optometrist or Opthamologist to see what is going on. Most people on Yahoo won't be able to give you a good answer for this, because there needs to be an examination of your eye.
