when he wants to cal his home he dials 619 thats how he got his move i saw it in season mode

He made up the move in the ring. he would make up his own moves or modify other moves!! =]
But this is what i know!!
well at first the 619 was just a move to scare the other guy.
the other wreslter would fall out the ring and get up.
as he got up REY MYSTERIO would do the 619 to scare the guy. but then later it turned into kicking the guy in the head!! =]

He lives in San Diego and that is the area code there. I know that is why it is called the 619.

He modified another move so he made it his own by modifieing so he would bounce off the other ropes and kick the other guys head then he would get up and then mysterio would springboard off the ropes and and flip under him for the pin
