Certainly. Every action of every being effects everything. If you didn't exist the world would be very different. Let me give you a scenario for how a frog could make a difference on a universal scale:

The President of the United States is at a banquet and this frog jumps in the puch and it splashes all over the Prez. This causes him to be late for a meeting with North Korea. The North Koreans take the President's tardiness as an insult and launch a few nukes. This sparks a nuclear war and the earth is destroyed.

u know, there's this chaos theory saying a butterfly flapping its wings in a corner of the world can trigger a hurricane thousand of miles away.
Well, think then what a frog could do (and frogs use to eat butterflies ...).

Yes, that frog can make a difference. It could defeat an alien invasion that would waste everyone using its froggy talents. Go frog!

Cute question. Why don't humans try to be the best little humans they can be? And yes. A frog can change the world. :)

Heh, no. And neither can a human (so far... perhaps someday one human will be able to destroy a galaxy)

Umm.. he said Universal, not world-wide

Well, then again, what if that frog poisoned the next Einstein? The one who might figure out FTL travel. I suppose he could. I retract my 1st answer.

yeah, he or she could jump over bush or laura (in a solemn outdoor ceremony) causing them to panic and fall to the floor. LAter that same days, CNN anounces our dear president Bush has suffered a severe crash in hi shead and is now in coma, the cause: a green frog apparently jumped over him (or laura) and with a sudden movemente they lost their balance.

an well, now the world´s leading country just hits the year´s beggining without a "warrior" president and the bombing in Irak is stopped,
