ive seen guys going sick at shows, but are they like seriously dangerous. have people gotten injured and stuff.

I've seen some nasty stuff in mosh pits. Slayer mosh pits are pretty vicious. I've seen a man seizure on the ground while being trampled by moshers. I've seen a man walk out of a mosh pit with a plastic fork. stuck through his face.

I was on a Rise Against concert in March this year. There weren't much moshing but unfortunately the mosh pit was formed near me and my friend. It was a pretty calm one but one unlucky girl was hit and flew right into my shoulder. It's not impossible to avoid the mosh pits because usually they begin with folks pushing around each other. In that case you should move so you don't get dragged in.

I think this was a rhetorical question.
Nevertheless, I think we can all agree they are dangerous. How could they not be?
I've seen girls get felt up all over when they jump into a mosh pit. I guess people like that, but you gotta be really drunk to jump into one, imo. I've been tempted, but thankfully never have had the guts.

Mosh pits are dangerous if the people below you just move out of the way. If you are a girl in a skirt and you do a mosh pit in a bunch of boys, they rape you...

I been in a few over 10 years ago, and it was complete chaos. I hear they are even worst today. If you ever find yourself in one, stay on your feet and keep moving and go with the flow. They are dangerous, especially if you are not active in it.

they used to be fun. the last one i was in someone got beat up bad. had to get him out on a stretcher. back in the day people went into the pit to have fun. now its just to fight. so yes i think they are dangerous.
