I heard gelatin works...Like Jello. Or gelatin tablets.
This is from wikipedia.

the best to use is hair,skin and nail vitamins you can get at your vitamins from andrew lesiman he is on hsn alot his stuff is great. it really works you have to aleast take it for 3 weeks to see anything but you need to keep taking it it works.

well...i know this might sound weird but...jello yea the squishy stuff you eat lol...also for your nails you can try this clear nail polish, it hardens your nails and makes them grow
