I want to give you best answer, but cannot give to both, so don't know what to do.
I guess the only fair thing I can offer is to say, whever of you replies tothis first, will get the best response.

It's not fair is it? I had one of those last week. It seems to be a way for people with nothing better to do to report you when you've not violated.
