all bodyfat scales tend not to be that accurate. its much too dependant on water content i.e. if you are dehydrated you will have a much different reading to when well hydrated.

they are good if you only weigh yourself at the same time of day, each time eg first thing in the morning.

for truely accurate bodyfat, you need to use calipers.
