Scott S. What version of InDesign are you running??

We are running CS1, and CS2 both, at the shop I work at, and neither 1 will open Publisher files.

So with that being said, Ive never had any luck getting Publisher fiules opened in anything but Publisher. Also, its a very poor program for doing design work.

Adobe InDesign will open them. You can download a free 30 day trial at http://www.adobe.com

Toe, you are right. I was thinking about somthing else. A quick look at adobe's site and they suggest that you convert the publisher file to a pageMaker file, and then import the pageMaker file. Long way of doing thing, but sounds like it will work if you really need the file.
