What did you feel like at 5 weeks? I feel like I'm about to get my period...my stomach feels bloated, my breasts are sensitive, and it just fels a bit tight down there... and I'm scared to have sex and find out I'm not truly pregnant (fear of actually getting my period). Has anyone else ever had this fear?

At five weeks pregnant, I only had tiredness and pelvic cramping (which is completely normal for first-time mothers) At eight works, I experienced breat soreness, cramping, tiredness, mornign sickness, etc. If you are worried, try to get an ultrasound done at 6 weeks. If you can see the baby's heartbeat and it is above 80 bpm, you should be fine. Good luck with your pregnancy.

That is almost exactly how I felt at five weeks, ( I'm only 7 now) and yes, I had that fear of not really being pregnant, or some how spontaniously losing the baby and not knowing it or miss carrying. I was and still am afraid of it all, but as time goes on, you believe it a little bit more every day. Little secret, I took a pregnancy test yesterday just to make sure the line would turn pink, and it did, also, my first OB appt is on Tuesday, and I think that will make me feel better.

I just turned 7 weeks today. I still be feeling that way. Except my nausea is 24-7. I've never experienced it this bad with my other pregnancies. Just relax and take it easy.
