I'm from the USA but I suppose it's better to be bored with winning than bored with losing!

You have to be kidding!! Why would they get bored of winning!! This sounds like the frustrations of someone who supports another country who is hoping against hope that Australia slide.
Its a sign of the mentality of the side that despite the fact they are winning a lot that they still feel they can improve their game. As many of their players have said recently, they are aiming to play the perfect game where all plans come off, so they keep pushing themselves to continually improve. It is this mentality that has kept them at the top for so long.

To be fair winning the ashes couldn't have been boring for them, they've had to put up with months of abuse from us poms who thought we were so great when we just managed to pip them in 2005 on our own soil. It must have been hilarious turning us over 5-0 with supposedly the best all rounder in England history as captain. Must be pretty exciting watching young players like Clarke etc coming through so they can win for another decade at least.
Christ I'm boring myself. Its good being English so we don't have to worry about the boredom which comes with winning every cricket accolade time and time again...

no they don't coz they have to fight so hard to get in and to STAY in the national team. It's very high maintenance, about 50% of them can't do it. But the cricket fans sure do get sick of watching aussies dominating.
It would be an interesting 2008 as many of the old cogs are dropping off. Maybe other countries can slap them around a bit but i can't see that happening.

Yes , why don't they get bored of being on number 1 position from sooo long :P ....time to take some rest after world cup!! but they can't sit in lower positions for long... What a team !!!

Do you get bored going to office and doing your work daily? If one gets bored of doing their work, they are not faithful to themselves. Hence, boredom is in the dictionary of people who are not true to themselves. To answer your question, does not england get bored of loosing everytime to australia?
