Plastic cups, bowls....sounds simple, but differing sizes of these common household items will lend hours of entertainment, noise, discovery, and chewing satisfaction!

Babies of that age like bright colors and are starting to walk. My son loved his blocks!
Anything they can push to help them learn to walk is good too.
Remember the parents have to live with the toy so if it makes noise make sure there is an off button!
Most companies have ages on their toys so just start shopping!

the younger they are tehe less you have tospend on toys . in the check out lines for wal mart there are these babytoys that cost a wholl 88Cents. i bought one of eah for my son when he was 4 months old. he still plays with them. he s months old. of course you could go with the toys that actually teach stuff like co-ordination and such but then youre going to be spending money thats not really nessacry to spend. babies love the simplest stuff. boxes, anything that rattles, tv remotes (not recommended) stufed animals, bottles, teething toys...... just be creative and safe

Anything that is colorful makes noise will feel good on their gums and you don't mind the baby putting in its mouth.

I would imagine that large squeaky toys would be best. And only ones that don't have any small parts.
