I am a construction plumber and install mainly MOEN fixtures into homes I am contracted to do. They are very reliable and servicing them even in twenty years will only require a few nut turns and replacement of a single cartridge verses many confusing parts. And usually if you ever need a part all you have to do is call the manufacturer and they will send you the part for free with no questions asked. They back their products better than anyone else I have ever used.

It looks like Moen is in the lead and I vote for it too. I bought a single lever Moen with an extending sprayer head which later developed a leak. I called them and no questions asked, they sent replacement parts to repair it. Can't beat that..

Delta is what I have and my kitchen faucet is probably 7 or 8 years old. Still working fine.
