Depending on whose lies and statistics you believe, the south pole will melt (or maybe not) and the sea levels will rise by 30 meters (or maybe 1 meter... or 8 inches ..) - or we will have a new ice age instead (and all be under 3 km of ice).

Anyway, here is a REALLY good idea - why not buy a house that is more then 30 meters above sea level ? (just to be safe).

How Much Rise in the Next Century?
Sea levels have risen about 400 feet since the last Ice Age - without any human-caused climate change.
If all the earth's frozen water melted, sea levels could rise about another 275 feet (30m)
The IPCC forecast, assuming a 4.5 degree F. temperature rise as a result of doubling the concentration of greenhouse gas, raises sea levels 19 inches - the Environmental Protection Agency study forecasts a rise of approximately 13 inches.
The 'best' computer models indicate a rise of about 3.1 degrees F. with a sea level rise of approximately 8 inches.

good question. we will need one sooner rather than later, however as yet they are not being built.
why not get in on the ground floor and start a company designing and building a few. rememebr though the amount of flooding is likely to make it impossible to get fossil fuels such as oil, and steam will be out because we could have no forests to plunder for the timber.
so that leaves hydro electric motors. the only vaible power source if we suffer a catastrophic flood. no point to wave generators where would they link too?
likewise for wind turbines unless you have every boat with one installed as standard as well as solar panels.

for a joke question it raises a good point, transport will need to change and adapt. hence this light hearted half joke answer.

well your ark could be bought from a ship yard for a huge fee.
as for a 4x4 aqua vehicle well they are still in development (at the WTF do we do in the event of flooding on 90% of the low laying land, in the backs of the brains of the vehgicle designers) stage.
