They don't open until 4pm. On some occasions, like Father's Day, they will open early. They do have happy hour until 7pm.

Outbacks generally open at 4pm some at 3pm. Sundays they might open between 12 or 2pm. Some Outbacks open for lunch, although I haven't heard of specials. They have cut lunch menu items that consist of burgers and sandwhiches. You can go to www.Outback.com and find an Outback near your area and call them to find out their hours and specials if any. I know they have happy hour from 4 to 7pm. You can get a sandwhich for about $7-8. It all depends where you live. Steaks are the most expensive as well as the fish. They use fresh product and good quality meat, chicken, and fish.

Sundays usually aren't busy for restaurants in general. After 1pm would be a great time to go. Probably anytime before 5 would allow you to be seated right away.

no they don't have lunch specials because they are only open for dinner except on special occasions (mothers day, fathers day, Easter) when thy open for lunch.
