highlighter creams or lotions with shimmer, will do the trick and won't feel as greasy as vaseline

Petroleum Jelly or use a foundation like Maxfactor stick which is super oily and don't put powder over it. You'll be major shiny.

Actaully, having shiny skin does not look that good at all. It's best to stick with clean looking skin, but if you want shiny looking skin, my best answer to try to asnwer this question is to not clean your face at all. :) lol...sorry...no help from me...my face is clean hun

hey dont use any oilz stuff..it´ll just make ppl look disgusted away..apply a good moisturising face lotion and use a face illuminator , my advice:revlon, or nivea beaute!
