its like counting sheep, they have a line of nurses counting the ones that swim over this line..........
The reason so many nurses are needed is because they all keep falling alsleep lol
No really you do you business into a sterile container and then it is put under a microscope and a section is counted to see how many heathly sperm are there and its worked out from there ..........
Obviously they have a percentage scale to go by

Well, Caroline, women would not be going for one. Men do, and are asked to ejaculate into a receptacle. It is taken by a technician, who examines the semen under a microscope to look at the mobility of the sperm cells in the semen, and also a count of the cells to determine how many sperm cells are in an ejaculation and how viable the sperm appear to be. Probably other tests. Yes, it does cost money to do the test, but should not hurt if the guy knows how to masterbate!

you generally collect the specimen at home if you can get it to the laboratory within 30-60 minutes. You have to abstain from intercourse 3-5 days, and then masturbate.
Take the specimen into the lab, they spin the specimen in a centrifuge to concentrate the spermatozoa. They then put this (sperm ball) on a crosshatched slide and count so many squares and then they take an average and tell you what your sperm count is...

you have to go the loo and get them a sample!! it didnt cost me anything,as to hurting it didnt make me blind doing it even if my parents said it would liars i wasted so much time
