Of course.

Perhaps the most prominent example of this basic axiom was when the Founding Fathers created the Articles of Confederation as a preliminary Constitution, but it granted too much power to the federal government and too little power to the states and the citizens in them, thus the Fathers were in danger of making the mistake of replicating the very government they fled from in Britain.

Then they came up with our present Constitution with its noble Bill of Rights and revolutionary 1st Amendment, and the rest is history.

historically speaking, whatever nation has had a new, plentiful fuel source has risen to power.. for Brittan it was charcoal and wood, for Holland it was pete for the US steam helped us and nuclear put us over the top. to continue to stay on top in the world we need to stay on top in the energy race... it just so happens we get to help the environment at the same time! - so yes, in all aspects.. especially energy.. try, try again.

Is it worth trying to send more troops to Iraq to help end the war? You hippie liberals only want to keep trying when it's something that you want and not what's best for the country.
