other than shaving or going to a beauty salon !? like for example if the woman was in her honeymoon how should she remove this unwanted hair ?

Only ones I know of thats even close to perm are electrolosis & laser.. neither are cheap...
If you just want a 18-27 day removal.. Waxing.. But the over the counter "waxes" for legs arent gonna work.. you need the "pro" heat melt hard waxes (no strips.. and not at all like the leg waxes) like Cirepil elva rose. It is possible to do it yourself.. but not recommended.. one its hard to do yourself, two the equipment costs, three there is a certain specific sequence & technique to it that you would have to learn.
The first one is the hardest.. it gets successivly easier each time as there is less regrowth and its finer hair.

No, becuase people are born with female and male hormones. Females have male hormones because we need it to grow the right amount of hair, so no..there is no way to perminatly remove your hair from private places or anywhere else in or on your body.
