I jus moved n 2 my house n 6/06 & around 9/06 I let a few of my friend live with me jus until they find their own place. We all n college. I work about 40hrs. a week & they do wrkstdy at the college for about 10-14 hrs. a week. Here's were the problm come n. I ask them 2 help me pay bills. They say "okay we'll help you out!" So Im happy! But when bills arrive in the mail everyone past them striaght 2 me. My mother & older brother says serve them their eviction notice. But I cant jus put sumone on the street. So I put an occupation agreement up & they thought it was a joke. So I said they can "sign it or leave". (their still here!) So now its a hole new year & I want sum help with these bils. Because no matter where you live "we all use watr, heat, & space." So once they *** back from wintr brk I think its rite 2 sit dwn & have a talk with them about this situation & xplain 2 them that they can help or leave. I dont want 2 b a mean person or b a dick about it either. HELP ME PLEZ THNKS!

If they didn't listen to you before and blew off what you were saying, they are not going to sit and listen now. I have to agree with your family, kick their butts out, change the locks. Tell them that they can not come back until they help pay for bills. Right now it just seems to me that they are using you for a free place to stay since they are your friends.

sounds like you;ve have been a little too nice. i would tell them it's time to go, if they want to stay they need to pay within the next five days.
sounds like your a good friend and your being used, they need to start paying something or find a new home...

You need to listen to your mother and grow a back bone and kick these so called friends out!!!! They are not your friends if they are using you.

I WOULD SHOW THEM THE BILLS AND WHAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING. IF THEY DON'T AGREE TELL THEM THEY HAVE TO GO OR IT WILL BE YOU THAT THEY ARE HURTING. AND REMIND THEM IT IS YOU THAT IS TRYING TO HELP THEM OUT AND FRIENDS DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FRIENDS.
