Ok so Wednesday my phone fell out of my pocket while I was sitting (so only a couple inches) and since then it would turn off on its own. The only way I could get it to turn back on is to take the battery out and put it back in. Well now it wont even turn back on at all. I took it in today and even though to my knowledge it hasnt gotten wet recently the indicator says at some point in time it did get wet so they will not replace it. I went and got a prepaid phone and put my sims card in it. But like a dummy I didnt save any of my numbers to my sims card just to my phone. Is there anyway I will be able to retreive them from my phone???

That indicator turned color on a phone that I had too and to my knowledge it has never gotten wet. Works fine.
Unless you can get that phone to turn on, no can't get the numbers off of it. Make sure that you are saving your numbers to the card from now on!
You should be able to upload your numbers to the website under your profile (on a working phone). Just a note for the future.
