i still have a year left on the contract. i want to switch to verizon but don't want to wait until my contracts up. Am I screwed cuz i signed sprints contract?

move to where they don't have coverage...provide proof and they can not charge you cancellation fees...it's the law..check with FTC

p.c.. any handle in Montana and tell them you're shifting there in some days. sprint has no coverage interior the state of Montana so as that they allow you to cancel without a fee. only dont say something approximately wanting to cancel till they permit you recognize there is not any coverage.

Probably not. Cancellation fees usually mean you have already received something in return, such as a reduction in price of a phone.

You can avoid them by buying your own phone and just pay for the time and services per month, which I have found to be ultimately cheaper over the longer term.
