The ones to watch them will be a 13 year old and an 10 year old...Any suggestions? What movies are out? Which of them are actually worth the money?

I think they've seen Cheaper by the Dozen.

Check out Yahoo Movies. They give you new releases on video and you can click on each one to check ratings. http://movies.yahoo.com/mv/dvd/

Have they seen Cars?

For kids, check out Ice Age the Meltdown, Over the Hedge, The Wild, or Cars. Maybe those are better for your 10 year old because the were animated, but I liked them all especially Cars and Over the Hedge.

But be careful because most "kids" movies are also made with the parent in mind, as Disney has done forever. They make crude jokes that only the parents get and laugh at, but nowadays kids will know what the joke means or at least ask what their parent was laughing at. Those four movies aren't that bad with it, but Monster House has several funny lines that aren't appropriate for younger viewers.

Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (absolutely adorable!!!!)
Cheaper by the Dozen (is really funny and kid-appropriate)
Elf (Christmas-themed, but still fun for the whole family)
High School Musical (is aimed at teens, but would be good for the younger ones)
Cars (animated, funny with good message)
Finding Nemo (always a crowd pleaser and adults will enjoy too!)
The 40-Year-Old Virigin (oh my god, I'm totally joking)
