The Lebanese of course. Its a democratic country which people rule and charge their property. But I have to say that Saudi Arabia does play a big role here. But Lebanon is a free country and one of the best.

At the moment.......no one.
But if lebanese pple forget the differences between themselves (mainly religious) and join to work together thinking only to take the country ahead, they can do a great lebanon.
How come that wherever in the world that is a lebanese, is respected by everyone bcoz of the intelligence and bcoz are honest and excellent workers, but in lebanon cant do the same????

Wake Up...Lebanon is great and only a few are making a hell from it.
Kick that few out, and create a new lebanon equal for everyone.

No one's in charge of Lebanon...It's like Lebanon is a jungle and all the animals are fighting to see who will become the king on the throne. Sometimes the Lion wins coz he's so powerful, other times the monkey wins coz he's so smart, etc...

At the moment the ship has no captain... or is it 2 captains driving in 2 different directions?...hang on...I forgot the third captain with the remote control...and yet the fourth...I could go on...
We don't have a shortage of people in charge. In fact there are so many people in charge of lebanon that they forgot that the ship is sinking and they are too busy arguing who should be driving.
