If I chew late at night, which I almost never do, I wrap the gum in a knapkin, or put it in a disposable cup or little container like the ones the pizza joints put the marinara sauce.
In my more playful moods, I use the gum to plug cracks in the walls or floors. No, just kidding.

No, that'd be truly cheesy. And would not it make your bedpost all sticky? it could be greater proper to purely throw it away. Who could decide to place gum lower back of their mouth that has sat out all nighttime uncovered to germs? Gum is affordable, it is not properly worth it & sounds somewhat icky to bypass away it on the bedpost.

That's a sticky question. Stopped doing it because it went hard o/night dropped off bedpost and couldn't find it next morning

No I have a small ceramic bear that says "Chewing Gum Holder"
on it's belly and that's where I keep my chewing gum over night yummy

It Worked for Lonnie Donnegan many many years ago but he found that it lost it's flavour and when his mother told him not to chew it he swallowed it in spite
