Prepare the same way you would for an face to face interview. Make sure you study the company and everything. I would be sitting in a chair, relax, taking deep breath and when they contact, I would listen carefully, speak clearly and ask questions. Be honest! Good Luck!

Put the bong away and drink some coffee. Have your resume in front of you during the conversation. Don't ask questions about the company benefits or pay. Let the interviewer offer that information if they choose to do so. Don't ramble on about your private life or hobbies. Make sure that you are awake and alert. Other than that, just be yourself.

The same way you prepare for a regular one. If you have visuals that you want to share, get an e-mail address ahead of time to send them. Make sure you are smiling as you talk-- people can hear a smile in the sound of your voice. Be free from distractions, and stand up when you talk-- it will keep you focused.

study. write down notes about what points you want to bring up and what some of your answers will be to questions that you anticipate them asking.
I usually drink a beer beforehand to relax myself. They can't smell your breath over the phone.
