One week after my period, I was still showing negative. Should I test positive now?

Usually by now it will test positive if you are...two weeks seems to be the normal time. I have tried those 5 days before a missed period, and those that are for if you are a few days late both seemed to work okay in that 5 to 10 day range but only with a very faint line...so i would imagine by now it wold be a good idea to take a EPT ....good luck!

Get one of the tests that claim early results, they tend to be more sensitive to lower HCG levels than some of the cheaper tests.
At 2 weeks after missing your period, if you are pregnant, you SHOULD be able to get accurate results. If you come up negative again, you could have simply missed a period. I don't know what results you are hoping for, but lots of things can cause a missed period, usually stress is a factor. If you are not experiencing other symptoms of pregnancy (sore breasts, nausea, heartburn, etc) then I'd bet you just missed a period.

You should wait until a day or 2 after your missed period to test. If you do decide to test now, try looking on the hpt box to see what the sensitivity level of the test is. Anything under 50 is pretty good, but the lower the level, the better. Good luck.

Yes, if you are pregnant and it's two weeks after your period was due - it should come up positive. If it is negative again, you likely aren't pregnant. If you want to be 100% sure, you could go take a blood pregnancy test.

Yes, if you are pregnant you will test positive. If it is still negative see your Dr your period may be late for some other reason.

If you mean after your Expected period then it should show up but some people have the blood tests done.

You could but you could also test negative agian either because you are not pregnant or your levals are still low. I found a positive a week after. Good luck to you.

If you're still late go ahead and test again, mine would never show up until I was 6 weeks pregnant. Use your first morning urine to test.

Well if your pregnant then yes! You may also want to go to your doctor, and get a blood test, because some people will continuesly get negitaitive tests... Good Luck!
