Give him infant Tylenol drops for low grade fever, any fever above 102 give him infant Motrin drops, keep him hydrated with plenty of liquids like water & juice and pedialyte. You can also give him lukewarm baths to help regulate his temperature and let him wear light clothing. Putting a cool cloth on his forehead also helps.

You should take him to the Doctors again a stomach flu usually should not last more then 2-3 days believe me my 5 year old son was always sick as a baby stomach flu, ear infection you name a virus (bug) he got it and would not last 5 days or more. Have you taken away milk, milk is not good when they have a fever or loose stomach (trow up - diarrhea) take the baby warm baths and rub his tummy. Sometimes something gets cot on there stomach lining and massaging and rubbing tummy seems to help. Believe me I have been up that road many times - the sleepless nights (days too) the constant crying and wanting to be held 24 -7 its exhausting but keep up the good work it should be over soon. Hope baby feels better, poor thing. Hope this has been helpful God Bless.

If he's uncomfortable from the fever, give some Tylenol - based on his weight.

Otherwise, your big concern is keeping him hydrated. Do small amounts of clear fluids - like Pedialyte - every ten minutes. Using an eyedropper is probably the easiest way to get it into him. Once he goes six to eight hours without vomiting, increase the amount. Once he goes ten to twelve hours without vomiting, add back some solids. (Like some crackers or rice or cereal or Cheerios or applesauce) Once he doesn't vomit for an entire day his regular diet is fine.

The signs of dehydration you want to look for are - no wet diapers in 8 hours, the inside of his mouth is dry, and there's no tears when he cries. If he's like a wet noodle too, then you REALLY want to take him back to the doctor.

If he is runnning a fever over 101 for more that 5 days I'd either take him to a different doctor or to the ER and get a second opinion. Did they do blood work? I know it's a hard thing to do but that is a good way to see whats going on. Are you giving him Tylenol? That will help w/ achiness and fever.

try not sleeping him flat on his back as this might induce vomiting. I would try to sleep him in one of those chairs you can buckle them into but slightly reclines. Of course you should stay by his side since they need to be supervised in these chairs (never leave them alone).

Pedialite has those Popsicles much like otter pops, check with the doctor and maybe you can try those to help with keeping him hydrated, that's probally the most important thing. Also you can alternate Motrin with Tylenol so there's not such a long gap between doses, again ask your doctor how to do this. Good luck!

If it is the same flue my daughter had a couple months ago, then the only thing you can do is give them suggested amount of infant pain reliver, and since it is a baby give them mylacon for upset stomaches in infants, and wait it out!

Make sure you give the baby some sort of electrolyte replacement like Pedialyte, it won't solve the problem but will prevent dehydration from the vomiting and diarrhea.

Warm bath.

After you give him tylenol, give him his bottle or your breast.

He may need some pedialyte to re-hydrate.

Unless he is teething, it is very unusual for something like what you describe to last more than three days.

Perhaps you need a new doctor?

It is difficult and frustrating for us moms, but sometimes, all we can do, and the best thing we can do is just cuddle with the little guy so that he is not suffering alone. Children have an easier time dealing with suffering when someone is willing to suffer with them. Sorry you are having a hard time :(
