Since I've been a wrestling fan for YEARS, I'll list a couple of my favorite tag teams, both old and new school if you will.
Old School
Minnisota Wrecking Crew (Ole & Arn Anderson). Tough as nails and they had things down to a science. You take one body part (usually the arm) beat and bang and stretch and pull on it more and more till you finalily get your opponet to give up.
The Rock & Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson). They revolutionized Tag Team wrestling. Without the R&R Express, they would be no Hardy's, no Edge & Orton, no DX.
The Road Warriors (Hawk & Animal). They came in, they beat you up, they pinned you, then they celebrated. No nonsence wrestling. They didn't screw around, they just beat people up!
The Stiner Brothers (Rick & Scott) Back when Scott was a clean cut wrestler, they had a great thing going. Rick would beat them up with the amature moves, and then Scott would beat then up with the new moves.
New School
DX (Shawn Micheals & HHH). I'm a sucker for Shawn Micheals, and I admire HHH's tenacity.
Hardy Boys (Jeff & Matt Hardy) A rencarnation of the R&R Express.
Cryme Tyme (JTG & Shad Money) I love it, they are playing off of the typical black stereotypes.
Kane & Undertaker. Nobody's been this dominiate since the Stiner's and Road Warriors.

Harlem Heat - Don't forget about them just because they were in WCW doesn't mean that they weren't like 7 time tag team champions one of the best tag teams to ever be created.
The Brothers of Destruction - They dominated people like nobody had ever done before. They always played off of one another's strengths which made them one of the best if not the best.
Team Extreme - There's nothing much to say about them except that they are one of the most extreme tag teams ever and they always dominate in TLC, Ladder matches, or just extreme matches in general. One of the best combinations to look at while wrestling. Very exciting to watch.
This is going to sound werid but...
Edge and Rey Mysterio this was a great tag team. They knew how to play off each others strengths even though they were small at the time. I loved the move where Edge would spear his oppent into the corner and Rey Rey would turn that spear into the West Coast Pop for the win. Or the move where Edge would pick his oppent up onto his shoulders and Rey Rey would come off the top rope and turn it into the West Coast Pop they had some great moves.
and
DX (Just Triple H and The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels) - No words needed for them. The greatest and best tag team to ever be created by Bret Hart, lol. Hell there record speaks for themselves. 1 lose in there entire existence and that was recently due to cheating by Rated RKO. No tag team has gone that long undefeated. Speaks for its self.
