Welcome to the world of 3/4 of women all around the world. We go through this on a monthly basis, although I doubt chocolate will do you any good.

You probably have that stomach virus that is going around. I and my whole family which includes 3 kids had this over Thanksgiving on a trip to Disney world. That sucked lol. Dont eat anything for a day or so. Drink an ounce of Gatorade every hour for a day or two and when you start to feel better eat bland food like crackers or toast with jelly or chicken noodle soup. No dairy or meat for a few days and you will be better soon. Good luck!

Get off the computer, quit trying to get free medical advice from the quacks on Yahoo Q&A, and go to an urgent care facility.

(I don't understand the logic of sick or injured people coming on here and asking what to do. "I'm having a heart attack...what should I do?" "Hi. I just cut off my arm with a chain saw. What do I do next?" "I have explosive diarrhea. What can I do about this?")
