So I got excited, jumped the gun, and took 5 home pregnancy tests over the course of three days. Some were done in the evening, some in the morning for variety. So, I did the next logical thing and booked a doctors appointment. They did a urine test and said it was negative so the doctor sent me for the blood pregnancy test. I should have the results in a few days. Has this ever happened to anyone else out there? What was the end result? Were you pregnant or not? The waiting is killing me! I want to know if I can be excited or not!!!

When i was pregnant, i took three at home test and they came up positive and the next day i went to the Dr, and the pee test came back negative. The nurse informed me that this might have been bc the Dr. test are plain ol' pregnancy test and many of the "at home" test are actually slightly better. Sure enough my bloodtest came back positive. GOOD LUCK!

I did the same thing.....no worries! I took a pregnancy test at home i jumped the gun and went to the health department, and the test showed negative for two weeks in a row but a home pregnancy test showed positive, i wasn't far enough along yet I think you CANT!!! get a positive-negative result.....well i guess it can happen but I have never heard of that. So congrats your prob. pregnant!

Yikes, I'm sorry that you don't have a straight answer yet... Generally a home pregnancy test is accurate. maybe your hormones are off though because generally a doctors test is accurate too....
I cannot tell you whether you are prengant or not, I do wish you all the luck in the world though!

Your wellness care professional could have given you an ultrasound or a blood attempt. while you're bleeding, then you definately have had a chemical being pregnant. The bleeding is probable your era coming late. It relatively does not sound such as you're pregnant, yet stable good fortune.

maybe your urine was diluted to much to show up on docs test, was your appointmen in afternoon? blood will be more acc. anyime of day. good luck

i was pregnant both urine and blood were positive
