I love the name Ava Rosemary, it's beautiful! Here are a few suggestions for boys and girls that I think sound nice with the name Ava:
Boys--
Noah Prescott
Holden Maxwell
Caleb Spencer
Benjamin Cooper (Ben and Ava is so cute!)
Gavin Lucas
GIrls--
Olivia Mackenzie
Sophie Grace
Emily Sage
Ella Madison
Emma Katherine
I know how hard it is to find a name that sounds good with your other child...naming our second daughter seemed impossible but when we found the right name it flowed so nicely!

Lillian Noelle sounds beautiful for a girl
Lillian
Meaning: A Lily, or God's Oath
Can also use Lilliana or lilly
Noelle
Meaning: Born on Christmas Day
Or some different names that match your little girl Ava:
Makayla - Who is like God
Emma - whole, universal
Hannah - Grace of God
Isabella - Consecrated to God
Sophia - Wisdom
Brianna - Strong one
Jada - Wise
Gabriella - God is my strength
Jessica - God's grace
Ella - Light
For a boys name, I really love Aiden, but its just too popular it seems
So, hmmm...what about
Elijah - God is Lord
Isaiah - Salvation of God
Those are the only ones I can think of that match Ava, but others that don't I think are nice:
Joel - God is willing
Grant - Great
Caleb - Faithful, bold
Jaden - God has heard
Its soo much harder to think of boys names! I just played the baby game recently, I have a two month old "Brice Riley" -the cutest! Good luck and let us know if it was a boy or girl!!!!

Personally it is my suggestion you pick a completely different set of names for this child. Each child is individual and independent, and any name based on your older child could cause problems down the road. How about a name that goes well with your last name? That is always best. If you want something that starts with the same letters too, that would be nice.
Alexandra Rebecca (Ally for short)
Anna Rachel
Rachel Ann (reversing the letters)
Rebekah Anastasia
Many thoughts, just suggestions though. Prayers =)
