I feel that staring at someone is rude and can often be provoking to some people. I have actually asked some of them why they were staring. The most popular answer I got was that they didn't realize they were, so, I have to give them the benefit of a doubt. No, poking their eyes out (no matter how bad you want too).

OH I HATE THAT! YES MAKE A FACE!!! I have done that its funny, they dont know what to do! They act as if they were not starring and one other thing I like to do is keep starring back, they always turn their head LOL P.S. We cant poke their eyes out, I think we would go to jail, but the thought is a good one!

It depends...if it's a kid I just stare back. If it's a woman I smile to let them know I see them staring. If it's a man, I ignore it because I'm married.

stare back, i catch myself doing it if i find someone is interesting or attractive, one girl i used to find myself staring at looked just like a little red haired monkey I couldn't get over it!

I make a particularly insane face at them. What's amazing is that it doesn't always make them look away. Those people get a healthy portion of me flipping them off then.

my grandmother told my when I was little to pick my nose and look right at them. They will turn. Ha, Ha )O(

i just give them a big smile, and show them that i noticed, and if that didn't work out, i will make them notice that i don't feel comfortable....
