i am very self contious about myself and what is going obn wit me. and the only reason why is becasue of my mom and she is mess with my head. i cant talk to it (her) about it becasue it is wierd and i dont want to. im in the 8th grade and there is a creep at my bus stop and we used to be friends with another person but he started to follow me every where i told my dad and told the dude to get the hell away from me. and i told the principal. they didnt do anything about it and if he doesnt get way now i am going to call the cops. omg. he is scarring me. i think he likes me and boy, heis not joking... and to top it all off my parents are getting a divorce and i am okay with it. as lo0ng as i get my dad. anyway i have problems and i need help. what do you think?

Sounds like you are battling with a lot of things at once. First, being very self concious in normal and it stays with you until you are about 18, or even older. The only way to combat it is to tell yourself how amazing you are, listen to lots of good music, and eat chocolate (not too much). As for the creep, tell your dad again and warn him (the creep, not your dad) that next time you will go to the police. If it gets really bad, do go to them, its scary but there is nothing wrong with asking them. If you are feeling emotionally upset about your parents divorce at all, or anything else, try talking to your school concelor if you have one.

You definitely need to take care of yourself, and it may sound like a bad advise, but yes, I guess if things go to the extreme, you could do what diamind says, but not before you warn the principal that you don't want to take matters on your own hands, and that if he doesn't fix the problem, then you are going to do it and that you aren't responsible of your actions if this guy keeps anoying you. If the principal don't listen, then you do it, but be sure your knee goes right there, and with all your strenght. You can easily make him come to you.
But make sure you try all your diplomatic channels first. If possible write a little note saying "To the principal. I have reorted this problem (explain) to you and you did nothing, from now, whatever I do to fix the problem will be your responsibility. have it signed by 2 witnesses, keep a copy, and if he does nothing then... Well, go ahead. (Please don't tell who gave you this advise). LOL.

I think that you need to tell your father to make a police report against this boy as a precaution. You could also have your parents talk to the boy's parents. As far as your parents divorcing just remember that they both love you and it had nothing to do with you sweetie. It seems like you are a daddy's girl and I hope that it all works out. Kick him the nuts. Do anything to make him not like you and he'll leave you alone. If your parents are getting a divorce they will not be to hard on your punishment. Just tell them you had to do something because since they are trying to get a divorce they are not paying attention to whats going on with you, that should get you off the hook.
