Some zoos have different animals simply because of the way they are constructed. A moose needs a certain climate and foliage and some zoos aren't equipped to house them.
The Minnesota Zoo has one or two moose. The have them in a large wooded area with a pond.

Different zoos have different animals.

The Columbus Zoo has at least 2 moose.

While they may not be in every single zoo (NO zoo could possible hold every animal that exists, so they have to pick and choose), there are certainly some zoos that have them! I know our local zoo does.

they are in some zoos - like the one in Anchorage Alaska.

They are in some, but then again they aren't really exotic animals that most people would have to travel far to see.

I bought a nice chocolate one in a little tub at London Zoo last year, they also sold chocolate ice creams. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
