Why not start with one?

Just get a big cup of tea and the book and go sit down at a comfy desk. Read a chapter somewhere in the middle. Enjoy it. Think about it. Then put everything away except paper and pen (or your puter). Just be natural and from the heart and kind of summarize it the best you can.

Don't worry about it being perfect. Then go back and fix the grammar and everything, check spelling etc. You are well on your way!

You could even write a note to the teacher explaning that you decided to NOT cheat and that at least you did one chapter really well - and you enjoyed it AND you learned a lesson about education too. The teacher weill love it.

Even though the book may not be the best in the world, read it and do the report yourself. if you have someone else do it and you claim it as your own ...umm,, that's plagarizing. I read the book and i had to do a test, two essays, and a question packet on it. oh and that's the wrong word in the end...it should be grateful.<---with a period like i did

Be honest, no one is going to do your homework for you, writing original summaries of each chapter. You have two options, actually read the book, which, by the way is interesting, or go to sparknotes and read their summaries and rewrite them in your own words. No, you can not just copy and paste, that is plagiarism.
