I think all those really rich guys or celebrities get good treatment because they have money. The rich always get treated better, and the poor always get treated badly. Thats just the way it is. Its all about how much money you have. I mean look at Martha Stewart, she went to a "prison" that was like a college campus. LOL Thats ridiculous!

Depends in which country the guilty belongs to, in some he might be out with a bail and living among normal people living normal life, in some he might be roaming free by paying some of his black money. In some he might rot with the other prisoners. He will bullied buttered and broken down! After all he is a rich man!

For such non-violent crimes, I believe they are taken to a totally different facility and not the facility housing murderers, etc. They are in a minimum security prison and probably enjoy better amenities and treatment as compared to the murderers, etc.
