Sorry. Live satellite pictures can only be seen by people with military codes. If it weren't restricted, our enemies could use our satellites.

Google earth has satellite pictures, but they are not live.

You can try also Celestia, a freeware program. It lets you to look at any planet at any distance, with it moving, etc.
Of course they are built from probe photos, it is not a "real time" film view.
