I think one of the funniest moments in wrestling ever was when The Rock was telling Lillian how uncomfortable he was because she kept looking at The Rock's package and how she wanted The Rock but she couldn't have The Rock because The Rock was the people's champion.
The second one was where The Rock told the world that Mick Foley Liked Pie. Not any type of pie but Pootang Pie at Foley's party and how the he used to run threw this old ladies backdoor to get some pie. That was a classic moment.

Eddie Guerrero winning the IC belt in a triple-threat versus Chyna & Chris Jericho by "accidentally" pinning Chyna.
Most of the funniest moments were from Eddie, he'll be sorely missed!

I think the funniest moment is when Mankind did This is your Life for the Rock. He brought out his high school coach, teacher and ex-girlfriend and The Rock insulted all of them and then Mankind gave Rock the sock called Rocko.

Aww man...I can't name just 1 funny moment because there have been thousands.
Some that pop into my brain include when Mr. McMahon was in the hospital and Mick Foley and those clowns came to visit him. And then Stone Cold showed up and hit him over the head with a bed pan.
John Cena dressed up as Vanilla Ice for Halloween.

I'm sure this is way before your time, but see the following clip where a wrestler slaps John Stossel for suggesting that wrestling was fake. This had to be around 1980 or so...

recently, vader falling out of the ring when he was trying to sell a batista bomb. A few years back big poppa pump fell off the apron trying to do a double axe handle but my all time fave funny moment has to be when shaun michaels tassle ridden chaps got stuck on a nail on the floor stopping him from getting up, the look on his face was priceles

Yes, I remember that whole John Stossel slap. That was funny sh***. He had to have ear surgery after that. He still can't hear all that well from it. That report ruined wrestiling forever. What a ***. If anybody ever sees Eddie Mansfield, kick him in the balls for me. He the one that "spilt the beans" on wrestling and how it was fake.

Old ITV Sat afternoon stuff. Tag team Royal Bros vs Mick McManus and Steve Logan. Les Kellet, Catweasel, Kendo Nagasaki, Honey Boy Zimba. It was all a hoot.
