Go to the doctor, only a doctor can tell her that. I was HUGE, like elephant huge, with my daughter everyone kept saying twins! Twins! Twins! nope, just a big baby. 9 lbs and 4 oz. Big!
Only a doctor can tell her if she's having twins. Not us. Maybe she started eating a lot because she's pregnant. With my last son I did that. I am fat now! So tell her to be careful! lol

Not neccessary.
Women who have been pregnant before often report showing sooner than they did with their first pregnancy. While it is not uncommon to not start showing until the fifth month the first time around, many moms report that they started showing as early as eight weeks with their second and third pregnancies. If you are carrying twins or triplets, you will start showing sooner than your singleton peers, as your babies will be taking up a lot more room in the uterus.

I wouldn't say this is a sign of being twins. Right now that baby is so small, maybe the size of a peanut. If you stick two peanuts under your shirt it won't cause it to stick out. Sounds like maybe her weight just got away from her.

I grew out of my clothes so much faster with my second pregnancy (in my first trimester). The muscles don't have to go through all the stretching this time so you show sooner.

You show sooner with subsequent pregnancies. The only way she will know if she is having twins is through her doctor.

Some people show earlier for their second pregnancy.
It could be twins, have her ask her doctor at the next visit

Being big doesn't mean you are pregnant with twins. Only a sonogram can confirm that.

pregnancies following after the first one always look larger because the stomach is already stretched out from the first baby.
