7-8 weeks pregnant. i had a miscarriage 3 months ago.First sac empty. Sac has something fuzzy inside, Normal?

LMP is 11/22/06, mabye ovulated 15 days later.First ultrasound showed an empty sac, around 6-7 weeks pregnant. Second ultra sound done 7-8 weeks, and showed a fzzy line. Dr said not sure what it is, maybe blood. There is no fetal pole or heat beat detected yet. The Dr says I have a 5o-50 chances but is dicouraged. Has anyone had the same thing and had normal pregnancy? Please help

I had this happen with my second pregnancy had us scan at 7 weeks and could not determin a heart beat and unsure if the sac was empty told i had a 50/50 chance of preg,went for a follow up scan at nine weeks and was told i had been preg but no heartbeat found i was offered to go for d+c but said i could also go back at 10 weeks just to be certain,that was the best thing i ever did as a heart beat was found and 9 months later my beautiful daughter was born into the world a healthy 6lb 12oz. I was very lucky but dont give up hope just yet!

I had a u/s at 8 weeks and could see the baby. I hope that everything works out well and not end in bad news. I had a Friend that had an empty sac and it was considered a miscarriage. I hope you dont go through that and maybe your just arnt as far along as you thought. I wish you all the luck in the world and hope everything goes good.

I had the same problem in my first pregnancy and had a d&c to clean it out instead of waiting for a natural miscarriage. I went for a ultrasound at 5 weeks with my next one and saw a blip that was a heartbeat...so at 7-8 weeks you should at least have seen that. Sounds like it has happened again.

I'd listen to my Dr, Honey. Try not to get too attached to the idea of being pregnant this time around. I know it must be very hard for you, and I'm sorry.
Be sure to do all the good healthy things your body needs, and avoid anything bad for the baby--- just in case. Plus it will help you be healthier if in a month or two if you want/need to try again.

This happened to a friend of mine. She was showing and everything then she told me she had miscarried and that the sack was empty there wasn't anything there. I thought it was kind of strange. She has 5 kids already. I wish you the best of luck.
