Um-Hello-you a doc? Cause if you do your homework you will learn that some pills stop ovulation and some work by preventing implantation. Just thought you should be informed:)

And my son is the result of one missed (taken the next morning) of a generic pill. I no longer take any generics-it's worth the higher co pay to me!!

Yep, my daughter was conceived after missing one pill in the month. I found out later though that my husband and I are both VERY fertile people so that increased our chances even more than with most people.

Yep happened to me. Was actually finishing up my birth control patch and was starting on the pill..so youd think double the protection right..Nope. doesnt work that way. lol.

I wasn't on the pill but I got pregnant on the first shot.

You don't ovulate when on the pill, duh, that's what it's for. You should do some research before you just start taking birth control.

If you know so much about the birth control you are taking then how come you've asked 108 question about it.
