Hi i desperatly need one as i have just found out we have been paying almost double each month for 6 years because of an admin mistake and they may not pay it back to us .. i need some serious help thanks guys

I think you need a solicitor who specialises in family law. I am not aware of a solicitor who deals soley with CSA issues.
I am of the view that admin errors do not exist, it simply means someone was negligent in performing their duties.
The CAB will be able to give you a list of solicitors who work in this area of law.

That would come under Public Law/Civil Litigation. Most practices deal with these sort of matters, check the ones in your local area and if they cant help ask them to recommend someone who can.
