I already read Tale of Two Cities and Oliver Twist.... are there any other novels revolving around these two themes?

Just about all of them.
You've already had Bleak House suggested to you, other obvious choices are David Copperfield, The Old Curiosity Shop, Martin Chuzzewit, Hard Times, and Little Dorrit

You should read Hard Times and Bleak House. They're great, and they follow the theme you're looking for. They're both Charles Dickens' novels.
